How does Hearsee work?
Hearsee pairs mapped venue infrastructure with the Hearsee app and cane to deliver step-by-step audio guidance indoors, where GPS doesn’t reach.
What types of venues can use Hearsee?
Airports, schools, museums, hospitals, campuses, hotels, and other complex environments all benefit from Hearsee’s mapped navigation.
Do I need special equipment?
No new equipment for you to carry. Your cane connects to the Hearsee app, which relays turn-by-turn guidance once a venue has mapped its space. Hearsee adds to the mobility tool you already use, it doesn’t replace it.
Is Hearsee free for users?
Yes. Navigation is always free for blind and low-vision users. Venue partnerships and donations fund the infrastructure.
How can I get more involved?
