1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using hearseemobility.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about Hearsee Mobility’s mission, technology, and programs, and to let visitors request a demo, join a pilot, share their story, volunteer, partner with us, or donate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or submit false or misleading information through any of our forms.
3. Hearsee Is Not a Substitute for Orientation & Mobility Training
Hearsee is a navigation platform built around the Hearsee app, the Hearsee cane, and mapped venue infrastructure, designed to work alongside established orientation and mobility skills and training, not replace them. Nothing on this Site, and no aspect of the Hearsee system, is intended as a substitute for professional orientation and mobility instruction, medical advice, or the guidance of a certified mobility trainer. Users remain responsible for their own safe navigation and travel decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
