Frequently Asked Questions
What types of buildings does Hearsee Mobility work in?
Hearsee is designed for schools, museums, hospitals, airports, and other public indoor spaces.
How does installation work?
We map your space, install Hearsee Tags (no beacons or new WiFi needed), test on-site, then launch with staff training and ongoing support.
Does Hearsee require users to learn something new?
No. The cane still leads the way. Hearsee just adds simple audio guidance on top, and users control how much they get.
What does a demo include?
A walkthrough of how Hearsee works in a real space, and what deployment would look like for your venue. No cost or commitment.
Is Hearsee available everywhere?
Not yet. Hearsee is live at Utah Arts Academy, with more environments in the pipeline. Book a Demo or Join a Pilot to bring it to your building.
